Look for a fire hydrant that parts a side road and for a sign that says Sunrose Farm. Additional signs will point toward two labyrinths east of the farm house.
Bring your own snacks and enjoy tea and water from your host, Sybil Rose Pierce.
In the event of recent rain and standing water, just walk through the farm property to get to the labyrinth. An opening ceremony will commence at 12.30. Wear comfortable walking shoes.
After our group walk at 1:00, you are invited to gather around an outdoor firepit for tea where your host will provide a special ambiance through the music of crystal singing bowls. This practice of pure tones and calming vibrations is a form of sound therapy which brings a person into a relaxed meditative state. This state creates an opportunity to calm the nervous system, support mindfulness, and potentially help heal the physical body.
